Collectively known as Eleventeen (and formally known as Yakoo), Max Collins (vocals/bass), Jon Siebels (vocals/guitar), and Nick Meyers (drums) are three enthusiastic teenagers who blatantly display their passion for bouncy, melodic pop music on this, their first single. With just one spin, Eleventeen's songs |

might appear overly simplistic and superficial, but upon further examination, it becomes apparent that their material is anything but basic. Simply put, these La Crescenta dwellers know what a solid pop hook is and how to get it across concisely. Lyrically, they also know what they want to say and they don't beat |

around the bush before they say it. A few words of caution however--Eleventeen should probably find a more politically correct title for Side A's "Indian Giver." |
